Our Programs

FUNdamentals (6-12)
“FUNdamentals” is the perfect class for any kid. This class is fun, high energy, and focused on developing motor skills, as well as social skills.

Tech 1 (12+)
Technical 1 Boxing class will introduce the participants to various developmental aspects of boxing-specific skills. The class is increasingly challenging, yet carefully selected competitive experiences will be provided.
Boxers can expect to learn more advanced fundamentals, they will also be introduced to defensive situations, and more advanced combinations.

Tech 2 (14+)
Technique 2 class is an advanced version of our Tech 1 (Boxing technique 1) class. This class is focused on developing the competitive attitude, mental skills that are required to perform at higher levels of competition. This program is highly specialized to everyone.
