    Women’s only Muai Thai class will introduce the participants to various developmental aspects of Muai Thai-specific skills. The class is increasingly challenging, yet carefully selected competitive experiences will be provided.

Mitch Sigurdson: Women's Only Muai Thai Coach

Mitch Sigurdson is the dedicated women's only Muai Thai coach at Peak Performance & Athletics. Her journey into martial arts began five years ago as a way to cope with the stress in her life. Initially, Mitch was skeptical and even disliked martial arts, but she soon discovered their immense benefits. Through Muai Thai, Mitch experienced significant improvements in balance, core strength, and sensory awareness. She also found empowerment in learning self-defense techniques.

While Mitch's primary focus is Muai Thai, she is also skilled in kickboxing and jiu-jitsu. One profound insight from her years of training is that no matter how fit you think you are, starting jiu-jitsu will quickly reveal the gaps in your fitness. Mitch's passion for martial arts and her journey from stress to strength make her an inspiring coach for women looking to transform their lives through Muai Thai.
